The water-resistant busbar provides secure protection for harsh environments. It features a maximum voltage of 300V AC/48V DC, with a terminal stud size of 1 x #10-32. The continuous rating is 100A AC/100A DC, and the bus material is tin-plated copper C11000. The busbar accepts 1/4" (6mm) screws for mounting, and it has 4 x #8-32 terminal screws. The wire size range is (1) 8 AWG to 4 AWG for input and (4) 16 AWG to 10 AWG for load.

The water-resistant design, which includes standard ring or spade type terminals, allows for simple wiring with standard tools. The busbar accepts a wide range of wire sizes, and it includes 3 wire plugs to maintain the water-resistant rating if less than 4 wires are used. Additionally, 4 write-on circuit labels are provided.

The busbar is ideal for positive distribution and for the collection of negative or AC ground circuits. It can be nested with other Water-Resistant 100A Common BusBars and ST-Blade Water-Resistant Fuse Blocks for space-saving wiring. However, it is not ABYC compliant and is not intended for marine applications. For marine use, the PN 2356100 should be utilized.
