This heavy-duty 12 AWG wiring harness is designed for the main contact, featuring a 30-pin, 87-pin, and 87a-pin configuration with a high 40A/30A switching capability. The wiring colors are as follows: 12AWG Yellow for Pin 87a, 12AWG Blue for Pin 87, and 12AWG Red for Pin 30. Additionally, the harness includes a 16AWG Black wire for Pin 85 and a 16AWG White wire for Pin 86.

The relay specifications are as follows: Coil Voltage: 12V DC, Coil Current: 160 MA, Switching Voltage: 14V DC, and Current Rating: NO 40A 14V DC, NC 30A 14V DC. The initial contact resistance (at 6VDC 1A) is 50mΩ, the maximum initial insulation resistance is 100MΩ (DC500V), and the initial dielectric strength is AC500V, 50/60 Hz 1Min between open contacts and between coil and contact.
