Water-Resistant 4 Circuit Fuse Block for Boats

The compact footprint of this device provides water-resistant circuit protection for ATO/ATC fuses and circuit breakers. Boasting a maximum operating voltage of 32V DC and a maximum operating amperage of 80A per block or 25A per circuit, it is compatible with ATO or ATC fuses and circuit breakers. The input wire size can range from 8 AWG to 4 AWG, while the load wire size can be from 16 AWG to 10 AWG. The bus material is made of tin-plated copper C11000, and the mounting is done through 1/4" (6mm) screw-accepting thru-holes. The device features 4x 8-32 screws with captive star lock washers for the screw terminal, and a single 10-32 stud terminal.

The water-resistant design, which includes standard ring or spade type terminals, allows for simple wiring with standard tools. The ability to accommodate a wide range of wire sizes, ATO and ATC fast-acting blade fuses, and ATO/ATC-Style Low Profile Circuit Breakers, makes this device highly versatile. Included are 3 wire plugs to maintain the water-resistant rating if less than 4 loads are required, as well as 4 write-on circuit labels.

The nesting capability with other ST-Blade Water-Resistant Fuse Blocks and Water-Resistant 100A Bus Bars helps to reduce wiring complexity. Fuses and circuit breakers are sold separately, and the device includes storage for a spare fuse and fastener in the cover.

It is important to note that this product is not ABYC compliant and is not intended for marine applications. For marine use, the PN 5056100 model should be utilized.
